### Order Processing
* **Processing Time:** All orders are prepared and packed within 2–4 business days. Because our moss poles are handcrafted and substrates are custom-packaged, processing times may slightly vary during high-volume periods.
* **Order Modifications:** Once an order is placed, address changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before the shipment is packed.

### Shipping Rates & Transit Times
* Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination.
* We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipping label has been generated.
* Transit times typically range between 2–6 business days depending on carrier service and location.

Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
* Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
* If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, porch areas, and your local carrier branch before reaching out.

* If you believe your package was really stolen, please file and send us a copy of the Police Report from your local Police Department
