### Products & Specifications
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and specifications of our products accurately. Because moss poles are handmade and natural materials (such as sphagnum moss, coco chips, and volcanic stone) have organic variation, slight dimensional and visual variances may occur.

### Plant Care Disclaimer
Our substrate blends and climbing poles are formulated based on proven tropical plant care standards. However, plant health and growth depend on numerous environmental variables beyond our control (such as lighting, humidity, watering frequency, and temperature). Twizted Plants cannot guarantee specific plant growth results or be held liable for plant loss after potting.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
